    Barefoot grating
    The thing is, though, there are shoeless areas where grating can come in pretty handy — at swimming pools, for instance. Reason enough for MeiseGrate to develop a grating which is even pleasant on the naked foot!

    The cross bar is flat-pressed U-shaped banding. The clearance between these treads is around 6 or 14mm. 
    Barefoot gratings can be supplied in steel, hot dip galvanised or powder coated.  

  • Comb Grating
    Comb grating

    Comb gratings are enclosed pressure locked gratings, with crossbars which protrude above the surface of the grating. The cross bars are pressed into the notched bearing bars on center-to-center spacings of 11,1 mm, 16,65 mm and 22.2 mm. The standard spacing between the bearing bars is 100 mm, but can be varied to suit the end users loading requirements. The length of the span (the direction of the bearing bars) can be up to 500 mm. The gratings are designed for ”pedestrian access”.

  • FRP Cover & Treads
    MinPlate / Covered Grating (FRP Cover)
    MinPlate is a premium quality FRP flat sheet provided in 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" thicknesses. The top surface can be smooth or have a gritted slip resistant surface. For covered grating applications, 1/8" or 1/4". MinPlate is laminated to MinGrate molded and pultruded gratings to form a flat and corrosion resistant working surface. These materials are used for applications, where free passage of light and air is not desired nor drainage a requirement as in pit covers where reduction of corrosive vapors is needed.
     
    MinTread
     
    MinTread® fiberglass stair treads deliver safety and long lasting durability. Manufactured with premium polyester or Vinyl Ester (V) resin, MinTreads® provide outstanding protection against corrosion and reliable structural performance. The important safety benefits are addressed with slip resistant surfaces, non-conductivity, and low flame spread. The most vulnerable point of a stair tread is the nosing. For greater durability, MinTread® nosings are high strength, heavy bars with slip resistant, gritted surface. With high structural properties, the heavy bar nosing provides greater stiffness and is more durable than a molded nosing.

  • FRP Handrail
    MinRail

    MinRail FRP handrails are for stair rails, platform/walkway handrails and guardrails. MinRail system is assembled from pultruded fiberglass profiles and connectors. The railing systems are particularly suitable for corrosive environments like those found in industrial, chemical and wastewater treatment plants as well as commercial structures with urban and salt air corrosion.

     
    Simple Assembly — MinRail are produced in lightweight standard profiles that include both post and rail. Systems can be fabricated and installed on site with simple tools.
     
    Internal Jointing  — All jointing fit flush, resulting in a pleasing and streamlined appearance. The internal connections allow the construction of continuous handrail systems without special fittings.
     
    Cost Effective  — Fiberglass components are designed as easy-to-assemble to lower the cost for labor and maintenance.

  • Full Grating

    Full grating bear this name because the bearing and cross bars have the same cross-section and are therefore of equal height. A bearing bar is one whose ends are both supported and whose underside is not slotted. The advantage compared to the normal press locked grating is its improved screening and the attractive design.

    Ball Type Handrail system

    GLORAIL Handrail systems are in design for easy no-weld installation at site. It is a complete system comprising of stanchions, rails, bends, endclosure, kickplates, etc. As well, GLORAIL is available to manufacture to suit individual requirement.

    GLORAIL Systems can be used in a multitude of applications including stairways, bridges, parking stations, schools, commercial premises, shopping mall, fire escapes, gangways, power stations, sewage treatment works, marinas, etc.

    Selections of Materials
    Steel: This is the most commonly used material and is used in all types of applications.
    Aluminum: Aluminum is usually used when weight or corrosion is an issue or in conditions where steel is unsuitable. Aluminum handrailing is commonly used in sewerage treatment facilities and commercial and architectural applications.
    Stainless Steel: Stainless Steel 304 and 316 are available

  • Heavy Duty Grating

    This is press locked grating with particularly deep and/or thick bearing bars. The dimensions of the cross bar are adapted accordingly. From the name you can guess the intended application of the MeiseGrate heavy duty grating. This is press locked grating with particularly deep and/or thick bearing bars. The dimensions of the cross bar are adapted accordingly. Counter gear teeth during the pressing process gives the MEISER heavy duty grating additional stability, so that surface loads of more than 50 tonnes and wheel loads of 10 tonnes can be withstood without difficulty. We adapt the exact design from case to case to the width between supports and the intended use. Production in high-grade steel is also possible.

    I Bar Press Welded grating is a type of press welded grating made of I Bar as bearing bar and square twisted bar as cross bar. As well, I-Bar Gratigs are banded with Flat Bar or at customers’ selection with Angle.

    I-Bar grating is visually stronger and comparatively lighter than Flat bar grating if bearing bars at the same clear pitcch.

  • Inco Color
    Inco Color
    – Electrochemically oxidizes the surface of BA, H/L, Vibration and other products and produces color by using the light interference phenomenon of film.
    – After Depositing in a mixture of Chromic Acid and Sulfuric Acid and coloring of film,
    – coat becomes stable so that product has far higher corrosion resistance when compared to 2B.
    – Can produce Brown, Blue, Gold, Black, and other various colors depending on time duration of process. Repeated process can produce multi-colors as well.
    – Drawback – Color is sensitive to mechanical properties of material and surface luminance so may cause slight problems in creating a uniform surface color.
    Material : SUS/AISI 304 and SUS/AISI 316 others are available also upon request
