Comb gratingComb gratings are enclosed pressure locked gratings, with crossbars which protrude above the surface of the grating. The cross bars are pressed into the notched bearing bars on center-to-center spacings of 11,1 mm, 16,65 mm and 22.2 mm. The standard spacing between the bearing bars is 100 mm, but can be varied to suit the end users loading requirements. The length of the span (the direction of the bearing bars) can be up to 500 mm. The gratings are designed for ”pedestrian access”.

MinPlate is a premium quality FRP flat sheet provided in 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8" thicknesses. The top surface can be smooth or have a gritted slip resistant surface. For covered grating applications, 1/8" or 1/4". MinPlate is laminated to MinGrate molded and pultruded gratings to form a flat and corrosion resistant working surface. These materials are used for applications, where free passage of light and air is not desired nor drainage a requirement as in pit covers where reduction of corrosive vapors is needed.MinTreadMinTread® fiberglass stair treads deliver safety and long lasting durability. Steel: This is the most commonly used material and is used in all types of applications.
Aluminum: Aluminum is usually used when weight or corrosion is an issue or in conditions where steel is unsuitable. Aluminum handrailing is commonly used in sewerage treatment facilities and commercial and architectural applications.

From the name you can guess the intended application of the MeiseGrate heavy duty grating. This is press locked grating with particularly deep and/or thick bearing bars. The dimensions of the cross bar are adapted accordingly. Counter gear teeth during the pressing process gives the MEISER heavy duty grating additional stability, so that surface loads of more than 50 tonnes and wheel loads of 10 tonnes can be withstood without difficulty. We adapt the exact design from case to case to the width between supports and the intended use. Production in high-grade steel is also possible.

Inco Color – Electrochemically oxidizes the surface of BA, H/L, Vibration and other products and produces color by using the light interference phenomenon of film.
– After Depositing in a mixture of Chromic Acid and Sulfuric Acid and coloring of film,
– coat becomes stable so that product has far higher corrosion resistance when compared to 2B.
– Can produce Brown, Blue, Gold, Black, and other various colors depending on time duration of process. Repeated process can produce multi-colors as well.
